Not Included Services:

• DTHC (Destination Terminal Handling Charges): $350 - $450 per container (FCL)
• Taxes (if applicable : 15-18 % CIF + ITBMS only for vehicles) and Customs duties: $107 (Household Goods)
• Demurrage & detention fees: $185 per day (if applicable) Approx. Please ask for minimun 10 free days.
• Insurance: 3% of declared value (upon request)
• Delays due to strikes or civil unrest
• Storage fees (if required)• Fiscal Bond $550(for vehicles)
• Costs associated with random inspections by authorities
• Difficult access charges (e.g., elevator use, external lifts)
• Stairs carry beyond 1st floor

• Third-party services (e.g., handyman work)

Additional Services(Priced Separately):

• Shuttle service: $160 per day
• Upright piano moving: $275
• Baby grand piano moving: $215
• Vehicle handling: $425 (includes traffic authority registration - plate)
• Stairs carry beyond 1st floor.  ( 15$ per item / floor. )
• Exterior hoisting ( approx. 850$ per item )
• Uncrating items from third parties: $35 per item
• Additional transportation: $260 per day
• Storage: $24.50 per CBM per month (plus $125 in/out fee)
• Maid service (placing unpacked items inside furniture): $135 per day / maximum 50 boxes (includes kitchen, clothes, and toys)

Customer Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate moving dates with building or residential management for elevator reservations and area clearance. Be aware that additional items not accounted for will incur extra charges.
2. Disconnect your equipment and computers to expedite the move.
3. Ensure a designated client representative is present during the move to direct item placement. The company will not be responsible for goods placed in places previously not informed by the customer or his representative.

Required Documents:

•   Copy of visa or residence permit + copy of Passport.
•   Proof of residence abroad (e.g., water, electricity, or phone bills)     
•   Original Passport (required for migration procedures; processing time: 2–4 days). ONLY IMPORT SERVICE
•   For diplomats: Letter from the embassy of origin confirming new assignment and start date.The process begins once       the diplomat enters the Panamenian territory.
•  The Client agrees to be physically present in Panama at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled arrival of   their shipment. This presence is required for the following purposes: To provide Extreme Movers Pty with the original   passport of the Client. To submit a copy of the Client's valid resident visa.

• The Client acknowledges and agrees that these documents are essential for customs clearance procedures. Extreme Movers Pty will exercise all reasonable care in handling the Client's original passport but shall not be held liable for any delays or issues arising from the customs validation proces

• The Client understands that failure to comply with this requirement may result in delays in customs clearance and additional storage fees, for which Extreme Movers Pty shall not be held responsible.

Important Notes:

• EXTREMEMOVERS PTY is not responsible for delays caused by building or residential coordination issues.
• The company is not liable for misplaced items not directed by the client or the representative.
• All receipts for additional charges (e.g., demurrage,inspections) will be provided to the client.
• The company has no control over random inspections conducted by authorities.
• Our company is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, protests, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
