Rates Include:

·       In-house pick up to 1st floor with normal access

·       Carry up to 20m from parked truck

·       Inventory item count

·       Standard packing and furniture disassembly

Rates Exclude / Additional Services:

·       THCD, port storage, demurrage, inspection charges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable)

·       External hosting or crane equipment

·       Shuttle service (if required), abnormal access, or long-distance carry to entrance

·       Handling of pianos and heavy/oversized items

·       Parking and police permits (if required)

·       All third-party services (handymen, maid, electrician, etc.)

·       Warehouse storage

·       Delivery on weekends or public holidays

·       Special services such as carpentry, maid service, or electrical work (if required and applicable)
